Built for Technicians Who Know Their Trade
You know the satisfaction of walking up to a door that no one else can fix, finding the real problem, and leaving it operating safely. That’s the kind of expertise we’re looking for — and the kind of work we want to support.
Earn Based on Your Work
Our technician model is commission-based, rewarding productive service and project work. We’ll explain the structure and expectations during the conversation.
Work on Interesting Systems
Automatic sliders, swing operators, low-energy ADA systems, sensors, controls, storefront doors, closers, hardware, and more.
Do the Technical Work
Office coordination, customer inquiries, scheduling, and estimating support help you focus on doing quality work in the field.
Tools for the Job
Our established technician model includes company-supported service vehicles, fuel, tools, inventory, and a phone, with details reviewed for the role.
Small-Team Environment
Work with a locally operated Colorado company where initiative, clear communication, good judgment, and workmanship matter.
Serve Real Commercial Customers
Help retail stores, offices, medical facilities, property managers, and other organizations keep entrances safe and reliable.
Experienced automatic-door technicians: We’d like to talk about your background, the kinds of jobs you handle confidently, and what you want from your next opportunity. Compensation details, availability, and the role’s terms will be discussed directly.
From Door Operators to Complete Entrances
We distribute and install NABCO systems and service major automatic-door brands including Stanley, Record, Besam, and Horton. We need someone comfortable diagnosing more than one manufacturer’s equipment.
- Automatic sliding doors
- Automatic swing operators
- ADA low-energy operators
- Sensors, motors & controls
- Glass/aluminum storefronts
- Commercial door hardware
- Hollow-metal doors & frames
- Closers, strikes & locks

Experienced. Dependable. Proud of Your Work.
This role is aimed at someone who already knows commercial entrances — not someone starting from zero. We’re especially interested in technicians who can run diagnostic calls independently and communicate confidently with customers.
Hands-on Experience
Prior service and repair experience with commercial automatic doors and related hardware. AAADM certification preferred.
Strong Troubleshooting
Comfortable narrowing down electrical, mechanical, activation, sensor, and operator issues before replacing parts.
Professional Judgment
Shows up prepared, keeps customers informed, respects job sites, and knows when safe operation requires a different solution.
